Step1- Submit a complaint on IPF website

  • Submit a complaint to bring in awareness and or to get solutions (You need to Sign up / Sign as a Member )
  • IPF Priority / Authorized Members advise act and guide you online
  • You follow the work around / guidance and implement steps for solution
  • If Issue solved, become a Priority / Authorized ​member and help more Indian People and be the Force
  • If issue is not solved, follow procedure 2

Step2- Submit a Case on IPF website

  • Sign in as a Member of IPF
  • Sign physical copy of Case Engagement Authorization with your details and previous complaint ID (Case Engagement Authorization available on IPF website)
  • Upload the signed physical copy of Authorization online (Click File A Case)
  • IPF assigns your case to respective Authorized /Committee members and communicates to you
  • Track your case at IPF Online Case management System
  • Coordinate with IPF Expert Committee Members and officials/employees of concerned authorities and solve the case (Members will assist you of their will and to their best capacity)
  • Get support of many IPF Members show the importance of your case to the concerned
  • If issue solved, help more Indian People and the be the Force
  • If issue not solved, follow procedure 3

Step3- File a case before competent authority

  • IPF Authorized / committee members will guide you to Senior Expert Committee Members
  • You along with IPF or you alone in the guidance of IPF shall file a case before a competent court/forum/tribunal/authority.
  • Get support of many IPF Members show the importance of your case to the concerned
  • After issue solved, help more Indian People and continue to be the Force
